At Milhaus Construction, we know our stuff. We find creative solutions to solve complex issues that may arise when constructing mixed-use projects in tight urban environments. Primarily, we act as a general contractor, but we also provide construction management and consulting services as needed.

Our construction team specializes in Multifamily Residential (wood, concrete, and steel), Urban-infill and/or High-Density Projects, and Ancillary Commercial Tenant Improvements. We get involved in every aspect of the construction process, from interviewing and selecting subcontractors to scoping and providing oversight of third-party contractors. We succeed when we build incredible spaces and lasting relationships…with our team members, our subcontractors, and the communities we are proud to call our own.
